MHSOAC is leading an effort to develop a statewide suicide prevention plan that reduces suicide and suicide attempts, and improves outcomes for suicide attempt survivors and their families.
The MHSOAC Suicide Prevention Subcommittee is a subcommittee of commissioners that will hold community meetings throughout California over the next year to gather information and build a common understanding of the challenges and opportunities to preventing suicide.
