Statewide Priority Indicators Phase II
A draft of the UCLA Initial Statewide Priority Indicator Report Phase II is available for public input. This report is the third in a series developed toward creating good measures of MHSA impact. Guided discussion questions are also available below to highlight report aspects that need your insights.

You are Invited to Participate in a Statewide Evaluation of the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA)
The MHSOAC has contracted with UCLA to conduct a statewide evaluation of the MHSA. As a part of the evaluation, UCLA will be administering a survey to be completed by adult consumers, parents of child consumers, or other family or non-family member representatives. The survey will ask questions about consumers’ experiences with crisis interventions, peer/family support programs, and employment services in the public mental health system.
UCLA will be accepting surveys from mid-April through May 25th.

The California Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission (MHSOAC) is seeking a contractor to conduct an evaluation of the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA), early intervention programs. The MHSOAC has on March 23, 2012 released REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) MHSOAC-12-007 “Early Intervention Evaluation”.

The California Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission (MHSOAC) is seeking a contractor to evaluate the impact of the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA), as well as state and local policies and practices on the disparities in access to, quality of and outcomes of the public mental health system by age, gender, race, ethnicity and primary language.
